Just wanted to let you know that I think Linda's done a great job with the rentals department.  She often makes very helpful suggestions with regards to maintenance issues, rather than simply putting the problem forward, and she's great at sending out communications such as inspection reports with photos etc.  I've gone through 3 agents since your team, and since Linda came on board, I feel like i'm with a new agency.  Do everything to keep her! Jimmy is also very helpful. 

Linda, rarely do I see an individual of this talent in this market place.  Linda’s attention to detail; conscientiousness and commitment are second to none.  

The other agents who I have spoken to all said “we will get back to you next week”!  This is the reason they are not getting the listing.  Linda is the exact opposite so I hope you reward her.
