I just wanted to say thanks for your time and help over the past 2 years while we have been renting through RWR. As a first time renter it can be a bit of a daunting experience, however, RWR made it feel quite stress-free.

Linda was most helpful and efficient in dealing with an issue we had with our Council of Owners and Strata Management (at a different company) for our complex, although she was working for the owner of a different unit. She was very effective in collaborating with our Property Manager (also at a different company) to resolve the matter. We were most impressed with her knowledge of Strata 'law'; and timely response to the problem that had been ongoing at our complex for 2+ years. Our thanks also to Melissa who was dealing with the issue for the other owner involved in the matter.

As a medium sized premium residential designer,developer and owner landlord naturally enough I've had numerous dealings with letting agents over the last 20 years or so.

I would recommend Linda Healey to anyone seeking a high standard of attention to detail when either seeking or wishing to lease a residence. Our experience with the recent letting of 7 Tillo Subiaco to a group of doctors from overseas was a delight. Very professional indeed.

Jennifer has a wonderful ability to understand and manage both buyers and sellers expectations to ensure the best possible result is achieved for her clients. Jennifer assisted me with looking for my first home. As a first home owner, it can be daunting dealing with agents at home opens, or knowing what to look for in a property, but Jennifer assisted me with the process explaining what I should be looking for in various suburbs, as well as suggesting properties to me that met the criteria for my “ideal” first home. While I did not end up buying a property through Jennifer, her assistance through this process provided me with the confidence when making an offer on a property. I wanted to pass on my thanks and compliments to Maria Schmidt on her dedication, professionalism and hard work in leasing my property at 6/45 Tenth Avenue Maylands. I understand she is relatively new to the RWR team and she has proven to be a big asset. She has worked very hard in keeping me updated with viewings and potential tenants through emails and phone calls, often after hours. I have appreciated all her efforts and time she has put into leasing the property, as it taken a couple of months to find a new tenant.
