Good morning Mark and Mark,

I’m sure that you are already aware that your property management team are quite amazing! But I wanted to take a moment to give you a third-party perspective and give positive feedback where it is well deserved.

I have been completing property condition reports for RWR for some time now, and I am often reminded of the stark difference between the properties I see with your agency, versus what I see with others. Properties under management with RWR are, without fail, spotlessly clean, have all items working and are ready for the new tenant to move in.

By contrast, I see many properties managed by other agencies that are dirty, have no smoke alarms or have damage that should not be left unrepaired, and have tenants moving in the next day and property managers who are unaware or unwilling to do anything about it when I report back to them.

I can always rely on the quality of management of your staff when they send me to do a report, and their attentive management would make life so much easier for the tenants and landlords.

Occasionally I meet one of your landlords when I am doing a report and I always take the step of letting them know how highly I rate your agency and that they have made a great choice of property managers.

I wish that all my clients would take the care and responsibility that Linda, Melissa and Jamie take with their managements and just wanted to take a few minutes to send you this email.

It would be remiss of me not to also mention Andrea’s always-smiling face and that as the first person at the door, she never appears to be too busy to assist and never leaves clients standing at the desk unacknowledged even if she is on the phone when someone walks in.

Dear Mark

I have been fortunate enough to have found and purchased a property at 43 Cloister Avenue, Manning that will be my long-term home in the future.  As I have chosen to hold it as a rental property until that time comes I have contacted RWR and requested that they source a suitable tenant and draw up a lease agreement, which they did in a very efficient and prompt manner.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank RWR for their assiduousness in dealing with this request and also for implementing a Management system to ensure all issues relating to this property are dealt with in the same manner.

Linda, the Head of Property Management that has been assigned to my property has from the first day of set-up, ensured that all issues relating to this rental property have been dealt with as quickly as possible without any anger or angst and has, over the last couple of months proved her worth in negotiating suitable times for contractors to access the premises to quote and then to complete many alterations and installations required.  On every occasion she has skilfully negotiated with both parties to achieve the desired outcome.  Linda is very pleasant and approachable and has always made me feel confident that my property is being well looked after.
